About the trek
The Manali adventure trek is an easy level trek in the Himachal Pradesh region of India. The trek starts from Naggar village which is located near Manali and takes you through the beautiful and scenic landscapes of the Himalayas that include lush green forests, alpine meadows, and snow-capped peaks. It is a great opportunity for those who are looking for a challenging and adventurous trekking experience. This trek passes through picturesque villages and hamlets, giving the trekkers a glimpse of the local culture and lifestyle.
The highest point of this trek or the summit is at an altitude of approximately 12,080 feet. After reaching the summit, the participants will get to witness breathtaking views of the Pir Panjal and Dhauladhar mountain ranges.

Day 1 - Pune to Delhi
Reporting at Pune railway station at 08.00 am. Start the journey towards Mumbai by Vande Bharat Express. and proceed to Delhi by Rajdhani/Duranto Express. Overnight train journey.
Day 2 - Delhi to Manali
Arrival at Delhi and Leave for Manali via Volvo bus at 05.00 pm. Overnight bus journey.
Day 3 – Arrival at Manali
Arrive at base camp located near the historic village of Naggar. Following lunch, a detailed program briefing will be conducted, and the group will be divided into various teams for the activities that emphasize collaborative efforts. Following this, an acclimatization trek will be organized, allowing participants to explore the Naggar Heritage Village, Naggar Castle, Roerich Art Gallery, and the ancient temples of Naggar.
Day 4 - Acclimatization day at Manali.
Immerse yourself in exhilarating adventures like wall climbing, burma bridge, plank walk, sloth walk, commando net, and jumaring. These challenges go beyond excitement—they're about conquering fears, boosting confidence, and pushing personal boundaries in a safe and controlled environment. The day comes to an end with the cultural performances by the participants.
Day 5 - Base Camp to Camp 1
The trek winds its way through quaint old villages in the scenic Kullu Valley, picturesque meadows, and dense pine and oak forests. The campsite is enveloped by lofty trees, creating an authentic sensation of being nestled within the true embrace of nature. Overnight stay at camp.
Day 6 - Camp 1 to Summit and back to Camp 1
The trek takes you on a gradual uphill journey to reach Chanderkhani Pass (3,600 meters). This pass is usually blanketed in snow until May, making it a haven for nature lovers. Once you reach the top, you're treated to a stunning panoramic view of the high peaks in the Dhauladhar and Peer Panjal Ranges. After enjoying some time at the pass, trek back to the camp in the evening for an overnight stay.
Day 7 - Camp 1 to Base Camp
Descend to the base camp at Naggar, carrying with you beautiful and unforgettable memories. After lunch free time to visit Manali mall road. Spend the night at the base camp.
Day 8 - Manali to Delhi
After breakfast check out from campsite and head towards white water rafting. Post lunch, we will do river rafting and after that we leave for Delhi by Volvo. Overnight bus journey.
Day 9 - Delhi to Pune
Arrival at Delhi by 8:00 am. Board the flight back to Pune with unforgettable memories of the trek.

What is included in the tour
- Transport support from Delhi to Delhi.
- All vegetarian meals starting Base Camp to Base Camp(Manali to Manali).
- Professional guide, cook and support staff.
- Clean sleeping bags and mats.
- Good quality ‘A’ shaped or dome tents.
- Kitchen tents, common tents, toilet tents with portable toilet seats
- Forest entry charges for Indian nationals. For non-Indian passport holders, there will be an additional charge
- Porter and mule support to carry camping equipment and NOT personal luggage
- Tented accommodation throughout the trek on a triple sharing basis.

What is NOT included in the tour
- Personal expenses like tips, personal medicines, phone calls etc.
- Any transport support during the trek apart from what is included above
- Any cost or services not mentioned in the Inclusions
- Cost arising due to unforeseen incidents like bad weather, medical evacuation, road blocks etc.
- Porter/Mule charges to carry personal luggage. It can be arranged at an additional cost of INR 400 per day (1 soft bag per person < 12 kg)

Few Important Tips:
- Dress in layers: Carry at least 3 layers at the trek. Weather is quite unpredictable so we need to keep ourselves warm. Keep it simple, but warm enough. Pack your backpack as per provided Trek essential list.
- Thermos Flask (1ltr) is very important on winter trek as water in normal bottle freezes due to severe temperature.
- Do not carry any precious items like jewellery at the trek. Mountainfit Team will not be responsible for loss of damage of such items.
- Carry extra plastic bags for wet clothes/garbage/etc. “DO NOT LITTER THE TRAIL, KEEP IT CLEAN”
- Drone and satellite phone is not allowed so please don’t bring any
