About Kamshet Camp: - Set up on 18 acres of pristine land in the foothills of the Western Ghats known for their scenic beauty, riverine landscapes and breath-taking views. It is set up on the banks of the perennial Andra Lake, in the foothills of the Western Ghats, which are a world-renowned Biodiversity Hotspot, facilitating a variety of ecological experiences for the campsite visitors. This Campsite offers an intimate rendezvous with nature and a vast variety of outdoor and adventure experiences to discover one’s self & hone one’s capabilities.
Infrastructure: -
- The campsite has 10 international grade Swiss-Tents with a combined capacity of 70 beds, along with a common fully fitted “his” & “hers” Restroom block for the real camping experience.

Day 1:
- 11.00 am - Arrive at the campsite and receive a refreshing welcome drink.
- 11.30 am - Gather for team formation and engage in icebreaker activities to get to know your fellow campers.
- 12.00 pm - Participate in thrilling adventure activities such as ziplining, kayaking, and river swimming.
- 1.30 pm - Enjoy a delicious lunch to refuel and recharge.
- 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm - Engage in team building activities and fun games designed to foster teamwork and camaraderie.
- 5.00 pm - Take a break and indulge in a delightful high tea accompanied by tasty snacks.
- 5.30 pm to 7.00 pm - Relax and savor the evening at your own pace. Explore the surroundings, take a nature walk, or simply unwind in the beautiful campsite.
- 7.00 pm to 10.00 pm - Gather around a cozy bonfire, enjoy music, and partake in a scrumptious dinner. Share stories and create lasting memories with your fellow campers.
- 10.00 pm - Lights out, allowing you to rest and rejuvenate for the next day's adventures.
Day 2:
- 8.30 am - Start your day with a hearty breakfast to energize yourself.
- 9.30 am - Check out of the campsite, bid farewell to your newfound friends or colleagues, and depart with fond memories of your camping experience.

“It will be deemed that the booking, payment, cancellation policy and Terms & conditions are accepted by the clients while making the bookings with the first deposit amount.”
Booking confirmation policy: -
- A clearly & completely filled registration & consent form mandatory to confirm the booking
- Advance payment as per Mountainfit payment policy mandatory to confirm the booking
Payment Policy: -
- Advance of 50% of camp fee to be made at the time of booking.
- Balance payment to be made on the camp date.
- Flight / train / Bus bookings will be confirmed upon receiving full payment only.

Cancellation policy: -
- Verbal cancellation will not be permitted.
- Cancellation form to be duly filled and submitted in person / by mailed on contact@mountainfit.in
- Cancellation / refund of flight tickets will be as per the airlines policy.
- Cancellation / refund of train tickets as per the railway policy.
- Camp Refund will be made by bank transfer / cheque within 30 days after receiving the cancellation.
- If cancelled 30 days before the camp date - 25% of the total camp fee will be charged.
- If cancelled 29 to 21 days before the camp date - 50% of the total camp fee will be charged.
- If cancelled 20 days before the camp date – No Refund.
- No Show = No Refund
- No refund will be given to participants who are unable to complete the camp/ event/ activities due to any reason.
- In case of cancellation due to pandemic, government regulations, strikes, curfews or any natural or manmade calamity; Mountainfit decision regarding the refund will be final.
- In case of cancellation of camp by Mountainfit, full camps fee will be refunded within 30 working days by bank transfer / cheque. No cash payments will be made. However, this does not include the amount paid for flights / trains bookings.
Company Liability: -
1.It is in the nature of a holiday of this kind to be flexible. The day-to-day agenda and ultimate goal of the tour is taken as an aim and not as a contractual obligation. We shall not be responsible for the delays or alterations in the program or expenses incurred due to conflict, international or internal flight delay or cancellations, strikes, sickness, weather, war, vehicle problems, political closures and disputes.
2.The booking is accepted on the understanding that you realize the potential risks and hazards that can be involved in holidays of this kind. The organiser along with our leaders/guides and anyone else working in association with us cannot be held responsible for any death, accident or mishap that may occur in connection with any part of, or services connected with the holiday.
3.Before the guests come on a holiday, they must be covered by insurance, which has to include the cost of helicopter rescue, evacuation and cost of repatriation if they become too ill to continue. It is recommended that the travel insurance should cover adventure activities undertaken. We can help you in case required.
4.The Company would not be liable to pay any kind of compensation arising because of any mishap, sickness, accident etc.
